Please provide full insurance information and you insurance card upon scheduling. Your insurance plan may require me to assess you a copayment, coinsurance or deductible ("cost of share").  Any copayment is due at the time of services. If your insurance plan requires preauthorization for services, it is your responsibility to obtain this authorization prior to our appointment.  Therefore, it is very impotant that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers.

I currently offer telehealth sessions only. Private pay rates are as follows: Individual sessions are $100

Cancellation Policy

​

In order to provide you with optimal care, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are a no-show or cancel/reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the service type ($100 for individual sessions). This charge is irrespective of the reason for the cancellation/no show/late reschedule. Insurance does NOT cover this fee, and the fee will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card listed on file.
